Here’s one Marisa F. contributed to my Google business profile page recently. I added it to my website landing page right away but am now putting it here in this slightly odd way too. This bracketed format, a recent ChatGPT query reply suggested, helps ChatGPT (and similar AI tools) identify reviews & testimonials.
